Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Mosaiq (mosaiq.tv and the Mosaiq apps). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

What Mosaiq is

Mosaiq is a media player and organizer. It lets you connect your own IPTV service — an M3U playlist or Xtream Codes account that you already subscribe to — and presents it with posters, information, and search. Mosaiq does not provide, sell, host, or control any channels, films, or streams. All content comes from the source you supply.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the legal right to access any content you connect. You are solely responsible for the playlists, credentials, and streams you add.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.
• Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not use the service to infringe others’ rights, break the law, or abuse or disrupt the service (including attempting to bypass limits, or automated scraping).

Free trial & subscriptions

• Adding your own source starts a free trial. After the trial, continued use of paid features requires a subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on the plan you select and renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, infringe intellectual property, or abuse the service. You may stop using Mosaiq and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any third-party stream you connect will be available, lawful, or uninterrupted — that depends entirely on your IPTV provider. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosaiq is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
